As seen when you make a character sheet you get a certain bar called an Experience/Power Meter, this meter is meant to show off how senior of a fighter (or how powerful) and how much longer it will take you to gain more troops. Each person starts out with a 50/50 bar, the number represents how many points is needed to gain more experience on the battle field and the ability to recruit more troops. When the bar reaches zero the officer will automatically can choose to either gain a more powerful weapon, regain all lost troops, or be able to do certain requests. (explained in requests guide) With that in mind after you choose you are also inclined to build your army even higher, this can be done with a simple 500 word post in the request section on how more troops came your way.

The raising an army post can be anything depending on that of the persons alignment, here's a guide showing what posts should usually be about.

Virtuous-Good

The "Pang De Approach"

Evil-Chaotic Evil

You are a true evil, you only seek to bring chaos to the world and satisfy your own needs, needing to gather more of an army to further your power and pleasure you go home to home taking in the youths and old into your army, no one is left behind.

You are not limited to such actions like this but this is meant to give you a basic low down of raising an army.
