Tactics

Each person must have a certain tactic, each tactic has its advantages over another tactic, when the advantage is taken you can use that to damage morale. If a person with a tactic advantage faces off against another the morale drops by 1. These are the Total Tactics

People with an advantage will also be able to kill enemy officers and npc troops easier then normal.
